My family of 5 (kids 13, 10 and 7) visited mid-March during spring break 2023, an admittedly busy time. Seriously: avoid this place at all costs! I did this, but they've still attempted to make charges, hence my raising a fraud case with my bank. I visit reception, who was unable to explain this and their best offer was to "lock my card". We were still there when the first $18,000 worth of charges was attempted. We actually found three on the first night we stayed there, in the kitchen cupboards, after we'd unpacked our food. Suffice to say that among the many issues we encountered the worst one by far was that we found at least one cockroach every single day of our stay there. This is supposed to be a 4 Star Resort, but that certainly isn't what we experienced. I started writing this all out, but there's a word/character limit on reviews. I had a much higher expectation and I feel that you are very overpriced relative to the experience that you provide. Seldom is everything perfect, especially since the pandemic has devastated the work force, so I normally don't submit negative surveys but there were so many issues. We travel frequently and typically stay at high end resorts/hotels. There seems to be very little attention to detail there and that is what makes the difference. Cabinet doors, bathroom/shower fixtures, microwave, many items showing neglect and needing repairs. Very difficult to get the room cleaned or even to get fresh towels. I repeatedly asked them to put a note in the system so that they would stop calling me. Multiple times when I got to the desk, they looked it up and said they already had it.
